Been awhile since I've written anything here and actually done something with my profile besides faving an occasional pic here and there.(Picky tastes) but I digress. I haven't been completely idol but I've been a bit stressed off and on the past few months and have been having a tough time getting motivated to write more but I've been writing up occasional chunks and bits of future chapters and plotline stuff here and there so it's not like my Tales of the Multiverse fanfic hasn't been progressing but I figured I'd better share some of this information finally and what it is I'm planning to do.
First thing to go over are the plotlines and story arcs the fanfic will be going through. I'll list these down but certain ones might not be in the exact order I list them but it's fairly close to what I have in mind. Except for the very very last one listed.
First to mention is a continuous plotline that transpires through most of the story up to a certain point. That being the heroes and villains trying to find one character whom essentially holds the Multiverse in the balance of her hands. She actually appears in the prologue chapter. We'll see her journey until finally her and the other characters finally meet. Next to go over are the story arcs.
The first story arc essentially sets things up a bit, setting the scale and roughly what to except down the line while still pulling a few surprises and twists.
#2, Wrath of the machine queen. A tentative title and more of a place holder as it'll actually sport the character's name but at certain point the heroes end up getting stalked and chased by nigh indestructible machine queen. Some old time anime fans or at least lovers of old animes and it's newer incarnations might actually recognize said queen as she's a bit iconic in her own right. A tale of high tense terror, and yet heart throbbing tragedy this story arc ends with the heroes a bit confused and exhausted in the end.
#3, War of the Nightmare Creatures. Title subject to change but gets the point across fairly well. An old and dark evil that stalked and burned London years ago has returned and is set it's sights on the Multiverse. Fiends and demonic abominations dreamed up by a sinister mind are reborn again as the heroes fight their way through the hordes to finally put their dark master down for good, and can't afford to make the same mistake this time.
#4, Hunter's sight. A villain puts out a bounty on the heroes heads. Each hero is worth a pretty hefty price, but altogether and the net worth is dazzling. The more strictly business, "A bounty is a bounty" mentality hunters start to hunt them down in droves and run em pretty ragged. It's a run and fight to the bitter end.
#5, Empire's reign. The final story arc, after all's said and done it all boils down to a looming destructive empire and a presence that's been hiding in the wings waiting for the opportune moment to strike, all culminates into an all or nothing battle to force a final confrontation that's been waiting since the beginning.
That more or less covers my plans for this particular fanfic roughly, as there's still a lot more in store than what I've hinted at here. But this isn't the only thing I've wished to report on.
Tales of the Multiverse side stories. Effectively little mini stories, one shots or little alternative shorter stories of varying length and premise. Sort of set in the same universe premise but done with sort of different iterations and plotlines. Sometimes there isn't so much of a "crossover" as much as it's just a particular "episode" of sorts, but aren't really connected to any ongoing canon or storyline. For an example let's take the cartoon Cadillacs and Dinosaurs and it's 13 episodes. After the first episode you can almost effectively stick any other episode after it except for two of them. Those being the last two episodes since a part of episode 12, Duel wouldn't make sense without having seen episode 5, Wild Child. And of course the last episode Wildfire, well, could potentially be watched after episode 1 but it makes more sense to serve as the ending. The rest you can effectively watch in any order.
Same can essentially be said for Batman The Animated Series except of course, a few certain episodes but that'd be too many to count and go over for this. But you should get the idea. Essentially a ton of "what if" stories that would use the same characters and a few more but aren't connected to the main Tales of the Multiverse story. Some of these would also abolish the "need to have appeared in at least one or two video games, even if Japanese only" rule that the main story has for it. But this also means if you've seen a character go through some pretty big changes in the main story but they seem different in a side story, it's not that I "forgot" as much as it's "The events of the main story don't exist in this story." and these mini side stories are written for just simple fun and enjoyment. Mine and hopefully yours too.
That's all for this report.

The Right to Vote
I'm going to do a poll once a month about which characters I should be focusing on. This is your chance to have a say in what's coming down the tube and let me know which stories you like best. Essentially, you get to pick what comes next. Power to the reader.

In Special dedication to Kevin Conroy
In special dedication to the late Kevin Conroy as of when this journal was made, I did a playthrough of my favorite Batman game, Batman Vengeance. In honor of the man who was the Batman for me that I was introduced to through the iconic animated series this was the least I could do.
The hypocrisy is beyond astounding
Soooooo at this point, we've reached maximum stupidity on this whole giant train of hypocrisy. And it's really, really stupid, and telling, and we have every right to be beyond sick of this. For all the shit that we're labeled, and treated as, for liking women, attractive, women in fiction, both in personality and visual appearance. Because it's apparently, evil, to like likable, attractive women in fiction, you're scum of the earth for liking an attractive woman in fiction, be it in a cartoon, a video game, comic book, anime, or manga. Let alone liking an attractive actress in a live action role but that's besides the point. We're labeled as evil for liking them, for being straight white males, and so on. And heaven forbid we despise characters like Abby for being as ugly as she is inside as she is out. For disliking the hypocrisy that is Sony, for censoring anime games, but yet not even remotely censoring the sex content in the shitshow experience that is Last of Us Part 2. Which is
Star Wars is beyond dead
*sigh* At this point in time, it has to be said. Star Wars now, is really, beyond dead at this point. And I've really had it with the franchise now. More so since in some extents it NEARLY had me back until there was a crucial detail that made me double down on my "Nope! No! That's IT I'm absolutely done now! Forget it! I was right from the beginning and I'm staying this way from here on out!" stance and I sincerely doubt I'm ever coming back to this franchise. Not saying it's impossible, but it's very very, VERY unlikely at this point. I used to be a moderate Star Wars fan, I'd buy some figures once in awhile, and video games, basically stuff that held my interest in the series before all of this garbage went down. Because once The Last Jedi released, I was done and no longer cared anymore. And I stressed on this point repeatedly to my friends and it rings truer now more than ever. None of the GOOD products, matter. None of the good products that take place before the Disney trilogy
Technical good news, thank you Igarashi
Well, a few days ago, Koji Igarashi, of Castlevania and now Bloodstained Ritual of the Night/Curse of the Moon fame had just unveiled that due to the immense popularity of the 8-bit spin off title, Curse of the Moon, we're getting a sequel. Needless to say I got fairly excited for it, especially with what I saw. More over, a second trailer was just released announcing both the release date of the game being July 10th, and that all of the previous playable members of the team are returning, especially Miriam, while Dominique is getting her first playable role in this title, and I dig both their looks. I had backed the original kickstarter and got both games, and due to all that I learned of this, I've prepurchased Curse of the Moon 2 already. This is also what good playable female protagonists in video games look like. Koji Igarashi certainly understands this, and I suggest you other game companies, especially western developers take notes. Not only should they be fun to play, but
